ESI is engaging additional, seasoned Business Development Managers. These managers will oversee all aspects of client relationships and the sales cycle - from lead identification and development, through proposal generation and negotiation, to post sale account and relationship management.

The position involves interaction at all levels with our clients, including CEOs, HR Directors, Senior VPs and key project staff. This position is based in Shanghai.

  We require applicants with:
 
Proven ability to generate new sales and acquire new clients
 
Excellent track record in selling services
 
Clear and articulate presentation skills
 
Excellent writing skills
 
High motivation and self-direction
 
Minimum 7 years experience
 
Proficiency in both English & Mandarin

  Preferred:
 
International consulting sales background
 
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
 
Familiarity with project / contract management
 
Experience selling to MNCs
  Excellent compensation packages available.
