ESI project management training includes more than 30 project management courses taught throughout the United States. Classes range from two to five days and offer interactive learning through project case studies, team exercises, simulations and role-playing.
   
 

ESI's project management training covers all nine project management body of knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) areas tested in the PMP® certification exam and can be applied toward:

  Master's Certificate in Project Management
  Master's Certificate in Information Technology Project Management
  Advanced Master's Certificate in Project Management

awarded by ESI's academic partner, The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

ESI also offers an Associate's Certificate in Project Management for professionals who would like an introduction to project management but who require a less comprehensive approach.

Prepare for the PMP® Certification Exam

Project management courses are an excellent way to prepare for this challenging exam. ESI offers two courses that can help you test and strengthen your knowledge in key subject areas, PMP® Exam Power Prep and PMP® Exam Preparation. ESI also offers PMP® certification exam study guides.

Build Your Professional Credentials

Each ESI course serves as a stepping-stone for career development. Students may pursue an associate's certificate, master's certificates, professional credentials and academic credits through ESI courses.

Associate's Certificate
This is a less comprehensive approach.

Master's Certificates
Showcase your expertise and validate your mastery of project management.

Professional Credentials/Academic Credits
Maintain your project management professional (PMP®) certification or certified computing professional (CCP) certification by earning professional development units (PDUs). Most courses offer the opportunity to work toward continuing education units (CEUs) and credits.
